The Eclectic She Shed ships Australia wide only. With all orders being sent via Sendle or Australia Post. We also have a friendly pickup service available...
Once your order is received, we calculate destination and weight and use the less expensive mode of shipping..
Dispatch is within 4 days, and please allow up to another 7 days for delivery.
At The Eclectic She Shed we know what its like when you purchase something new, you just want to get it as soon as possible. So we aim to pack and dispatch as soon as as we can.
Our returns policy lasts 7 days in which you must notify us via email email@example.com. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase was received, and you haven't notified us, we unfortunately can not offer you a refund.
If you have notified us within the 7 days, goods must be returned within 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
On a case by case instance we may offer you a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your expected refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. However sale items that are faulty may be refunded. Please see ~ Faulty Goods ~
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. Returned items will be refunded and the customer will need to repurchase correct item through our online store.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. This does not apply to damaged or faulty goods.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you receive a faulty item. We are very sorry and will attempt to rectify this as soon as possible.
